Day 5 & 6: Strike 1!

Yes, I missed my workout on Friday :(

Yeah, right after I said I will track.

Pretty upset with myself.

Compensated with 2 yoga sessions on the following day with Day 6 workout.

Gosh. No more. ARRGGHHH. I need better planning.

Inertia is more challenging or sustainability?

Ok, just ranting. No more. KFB is in my calendar, NOW.

Anyone has any sharing on how they sustain their energy and able to workout everyday consistently, without fail OR on how they managed to get up earlier to workout, please share!

  1. Pey, I'm with you! It's hard to get up early in the morning. I think the only thing that keeps me going is knowing if I wait till nighttime, it will never happen. That, and I have so much more energy when I start the day with a workout. But you're right, staying in the groove is a serious challenge!

  2. I focus on my wife and son. I'm doing this for them. If I want to live longer and be there for them as much as possible, I've got to get my ass out of bed. Sleep is important, but it shouldn't control you past a nice 6-8 hours. There will be plenty of time for sleep when were dead. It's the awake moments that are precious. With this in mind, the alarm goes off and I'm up. "Snooze button" is a myth in my world, but coffins are not. Morbid, I know but it gets me up and moving.

If it helps, put your alarm clock on the far side of the room and make it loud so you have to get your butt out of bed to turn it off.

At bare minimum, if you get up you won't have to write another fail post like this one. Go get'em Pey.
